We do accept exchanges and they follow the same conditions as returns
In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support.

- By selecting Checkout+ Redo Free Returns & Package Protection, your return shipping label is covered and your package is protected from loss or damage.
- Checkout+ Redo Free Returns & Package Protection returns cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
- If you choose not to purchase Checkout+ Redo Free Returns & Package Protection, you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
If you have been sent the wrong item by our warehouse or your item is defective your return is free.
If you purchase Checkout+ your return shipping label is covered.
If you would like to exchange for a different color or size and you did not purchase Checkout+, you will need to pay for the return labels.
Returns from outside of the US are the responsibility of the buyer

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Please note that once the package is received - it is placed in a holding area awaiting the returns processing team so if you see that your package is delivered.... please give us up to 14 days to process this once it is in our warehouse.
We will refund your card once the return has been processed and this will take an additional 3 - 4 business days depending on your credit card service or bank.
