This richly-illustrated catalogue was produced to mark a joint exhibition between Stonyhurst and the St John Paul II Shrine in Washington DC. Through the exploration of objects lent by the British Jesuit Province, Stonyhurst College, and the JPII Shrine, St Thomas More’s background, context, life, death, and legacy are explored.

The exhibits include some of the most significant objects cared for at Stonyhurst, including the relics of St Thomas More, early printed books and medieval manuscripts, historic vestments and prints.
